Now in over 30 secondary schools nationwide, The Fundamentals provides learning and training experiences to develop key skills and strategies in young people. Workshops focus on the development of the individual and the team. Through a range of indoor and outdoor activities, students examine the functions and dysfunctions of teams in a fun and enjoyable manner. Students are also provided with frameworks to assist them with setting and tracking goals, picking their Leaving Certificate subjects and identifying key values.

Our vision has 3 pillars:

Engage

Workshops meet students at their level, with current material and engaging activities.

Educate

Throughout the workshop, different learning outcomes are prioritized to maximise student learning.

Enjoy

A KPI of our workshops is the enjoyment of the students. Feedback is received after every workshop.
