One Day Fundamentals Workshop

In school delivery:

Half/Full day options available.
Sample workshop breakdown:
Connection before Content: Activities and Games to integrate the group, get to know one another and set the tone for the day.
Groupwork: The 3 C’s: Whole class activities in pairs and larger groups to begin working on our team elements that we will use throughout the day.
Personal Development: Who I am, what I like and why?
What’s a fixed/growth mindset?
The TEAM: Firstly, we examine what we believe are integral to a good team. A main aim here is to dispel the myth that some people aren’t important on a team. We then begin our team challenges, which are a series of 7-8 activities, culminating on a winner at the end. (Keeping of score depends on class’ decision on the day)
GOAL setting: How you might pick your Leaving Certificate subjects, the intrinsic and extrinsic factors.
Goal setting frameworks and leadership scenario games.
